Today’s class is based on a training on difficult conversations that I do with my corporate clients.
Think back to the last time you were in a conversation during which you or someone else lost their cool. What was done (or could have been done) to diffuse the situation?
In this session we will use real-world stories and case studies to discuss the neuroscience behind how our brain reacts to difficult conversations. We will address strategies for avoiding defensiveness and hostility (in ourselves and others), as well as how to disagree agreeably.
This class will be particularly action-oriented; you will leave with tailored tools to better address the specific difficult conversations you might be struggling with. We will also address how to build trust and how to apologize effectively.

All sessions are free. I look forward to seeing you!
