Although often used in popular culture, there is no mental health disorder that uses the terms “psychopath” or “sociopath.” But both words are used to describe what we call “Antisocial Personality Disorder.”
That’s really long, though, so welcome to our class about psychopaths!
Psychopathy can feel like a mysterious condition, but it is relatively well understood. In this session, we will discuss what makes psychopaths different from the general population. While the vast majority of psychopaths are perfectly good, kind people (really!), we will talk about how to spot a dangerous psychopath, and how to manage psychopathy in ourselves and others.
Each session includes time for questions. All sessions are free. I look forward to seeing you!
